Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing The Glamp Room for your slumber party! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
  • Full payment is due prior to or (am) day of the event.
  • We currently do not process credit card payments online.

2. Cancellations & Adjustments


  • If the event is paid in full early and needs to be canceled within the 30-day window, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of The Glamp Room.
  • Removing a tent a day before or on the day of the event is non-refundable and pricing cannot be adjusted.
  • Adjustments to packages (adding/removing tents, activities, or extras) can be made up to 1 week before the event.
  • Theme changes can be requested up to 1 month before the event.

3. DIY Mini Mani & Pedicure Policy


  • Mini mani and pedicure activities are supervised by Glamp Hosts (when included in the package).
  • Guests participate at their own risk. Parents/guardians are responsible for children under the age of 17. All supplies are provided, but the Glamp Room is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or minor injuries during the activity.
  • Hosts will maintain clean and sanitized stations, but we cannot guarantee zero mess or spills.

4. Event Conduct & Liability

  • Guests are expected to behave safely and follow host instructions.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for children at all times
  • The Glamp Room is not responsible for personal injury, lost, or damaged items during the event. All activities are participation-based; guests engage at their own risk.

5. Damages & Fees

  • Any damage to tents, merchandise, or stains/marks/smells caused during the event will incur a fee.
  • Travel, hotel, and stairway fees may apply for certain locations:
     
    • Travel starting at $35.00
    • Hotel fee: $25
    • Stairway fee (2nd floor or above apartments/condos/townhomes): $25

6. Food & Cake

  • Any food items, including cakes provided by a bakery, are the responsibility of the client and bakery.
  • The Glamp Room is not responsible for food allergies, preparation, or consumption.

7. Photo & Media Release

  • By attending, guests may appear in photos or videos for promotional purposes.
  • Notify us in writing if you do not want your child photographed.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If the event is paid in full early and canceled within the 30-day window, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of The Glamp Room.
  • Removing a tent the day before or on the day of the event is non-refundable and pricing cannot be adjusted.
  • Adjustments to packages (adding/removing tents, activities, or extras) can be made up to 1 week before the event.
  • Bad outdoor conditions, weather, or cancellations initiated by The Glamp Room will result in a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or agreed-upon alternative.
  • No refunds are issued for theme changes, DIY activities, or food/cake items once booked.
